Fern Hollow Farm is nestled in the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, near the village of Somerset, on land that has been stewarded by our family for four generations, and by the Shawnee long before us. Over the last ten years and with ample community support, we have transformed fallow, previously industrially farmed land into an integrated, regenerative farming system, developed infrastructure, and educational and experiential programs that have hosted over 2,500 community members and farm visitors; honed our skill sets and expertise, and have grown our business into a diverse, sustainable, and supportive enterprise. As regenerative farmers and social entrepreneurs, we are cause-driven.
Mission
Our mission is to build resilience in the Appalachian region and beyond by providing access to ethically grown and affordable, healthy foods and herbal care, and by facilitating interactive learning and therapeutic experiences for farm visitors and local community members. We help others design and cultivate abundance in their lives.
Vision
We envision resilient communities to be those that prioritize care for our earth, care for each other, and we are committed to facilitating that transformation.
